The NEXUS DROP Airdrop is a free token distribution program. No purchase is necessary to participate. The receipt of $NXS tokens through the Airdrop does not constitute an investment contract, security, or any other regulated financial instrument.
$NXS tokens are utility tokens intended for use within the NEXUS protocol ecosystem. They are not intended to be, and should not be construed as, an investment or a means of financial gain. The value of $NXS tokens may be zero and may fluctuate significantly.

We reserve the right to modify allocation amounts, vesting schedules, or snapshot dates at our sole discretion. In the event of any such change, we will endeavour to notify registered participants via email with reasonable notice.
Tokens will be distributed to the wallet address provided at registration, or subsequently updated before the snapshot date. We accept no responsibility for tokens sent to an incorrect, incompatible, or inaccessible wallet address provided by the Participant.

The Airdrop, the Site, and the $NXS tokens are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the NEXUS protocol will be developed, launched, or maintained. We do not warrant that $NXS tokens will have any value at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the NEXUS Foundation and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your participation in the Airdrop or your use of the Site.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Airdrop or these Terms at any time with or without notice. Continued participation after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at this URL.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
